Terms of use
Last updated 23 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Today mobile application ("Today", "the app"), published by Robin Guinant. Using the app means you accept them.
What the app is
Today is a recurring-task tracker for iOS and Android, provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Licence
You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms.
In-app purchases
Some features, additional programmes and colour themes, are optional one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions: you pay once and keep the feature. The first custom programme you build is always free. Purchases are billed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their own terms, and are subject to their refund policies rather than ours.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Your data
Today stores everything on your device. We don't hold a copy of it, so we can't recover it for you. Use the app's own export feature to keep a backup.
Changes
The app and these terms may change over time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
