These terms cover your use of the Today mobile application ("Today", "the app"), published by Robin Guinant. Using the app means you accept them.
What the app is
Today is a habit tracker and a calendar for the tasks that repeat, for iOS and Android. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Licence
You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms.
In-app purchases
The app is free. Some optional extras are one-time purchases: additional colour themes, and programmes of your own beyond the first. Each theme is bought on its own, and the free themes stay free. They are not subscriptions: you pay once and you keep the feature. The first programme you write yourself is always free. A purchase is attached to your store account rather than to one installation. The app offers a Restore Purchases action so a new device or a reinstall can ask for it back. Purchases are billed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their own terms. They are subject to their refund policies rather than ours.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Your data
Today stores everything on your device. We don't hold a copy of it, so we can't recover it for you. The app can export the whole of it to a file you can read and keep, and import one back. Use it to keep a backup.
Changes
The app and these terms may change over time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
